Klaussner adds two new executives

ASHEBORO – Klaussner Home Furnishings, a leading solutions provider to the home furnishings industry, has hired Joseph Rosenberg as executive vice president of sales & marketing and Amy Archer as vice president of merchandising, domestic upholstery. Both executives are industry veterans and will serve on Klaussner’s leadership team.

Rosenberg began his career at Klaussner more than 30 years ago as a manufacturer’s representative. He moved to Lane Furniture in 2003 where he served as vice president of sales. While at Lane, Rosenberg grew profitable sales exponentially, and designed and implemented sales tools for the sales team to increase and drive new customer growth. His experience includes executing marketing programs to increase customer and brand loyalty, developing short- and long-term sales strategies, and fostering performance development for staff.

Archer is recognized in the industry for her expertise in the merchandising and design space. She most recently served as president of Creating Inspired Seating where she focused on upholstered product for domestic upholstery companies. Prior to her time at Creating Inspired Seating, Archer led the merchandising teams at American Leather Holdings, Lee Industries, Palliser, Surya and Rowe Furniture. Archer is the recipient of the Pinnacle Award and has designed furniture for retailers including Crate & Barrel and Bloomingdales.
