ASHEBORO, N.C. — Veterans and members of the military can enjoy free admission at the North Carolina Zoo during Military Appreciation Week, through Nov. 15, 2024.
Each year, to say thank you to those who serve our country, the NC Zoo hosts Military Appreciation Week coinciding with Veterans Day celebrations. During this event, active duty, national guard, reserve, and veterans and military spouses, along with up to three additional guests per eligible military member, can visit the zoo for free.
