ASHEBORO — Step into a world of wonder where four actors transform a humble barn into a whimsical world where time bends, and the March sisters’ journey comes to life.
Jo’s quest for self-discovery sparks a magical exploration of sisterhood, as the girls transform everyday objects into the fantastical scenes of their childhood dreams—witches, heroes, and their beloved imaginary newspaper.
But it is through the heartbreaking loss of Beth that Jo truly finds her voice, stepping boldly into adulthood with the powerful realization that while families may change, the love we share always remains close at heart.
That’s the framework for the new RhinoLeap production of “Little Women,” set to take place in The Barn in Asheboro on nine available occasions from Oct. 31-Nov. 15.
The story you’ll see is adapted by Heather Chrisler and directed by Mollye Maxner, and sponsored by Randolph Community College and the City of Asheboro.
The location is called The Barn, located at 1803 Old Lexington Road, Asheboro. Visitors are asked to use the utility road entrance to the left of the main house.
