Participants can look forward to an afternoon that will include:

■ Food trucks offering a variety of eats.

■ Informational booths with resources focusing on health and wellness.

■ GuilRand Fire Department in partnership with Asheboro Fire & Rescue will have the SmokeHouse for children to check out.

■ High Point Fire Department will have its Pink Fire Truck present.

■ Randolph County Animal Services will have their trailer on hand, including some of their dogs for adoption.

■ Randolph County Sheriff’s Office will be attending with their Command Center and BearCat.

“We invite all employees and members of the public to come out, have fun, and support a meaningful cause,” Event Coordinator Katee Carter of Randolph County Department of Social Services said.  “Your participation can help save lives by providing access to crucial services for those who need it most.”
