PUBLIC NOTICE EXCHANGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

Pursuant to G.S. §160A-271. Exchange of property, the Randleman Board of Alderman states its intention to authorize the exchange of certain City owned personal property for certain personal property owned by Safe Air Systems, Inc.

The City of Randleman Fire Department is proposing to exchange a Safe Air three station fill bank unit and four (4) 4500 DOT bottles. Total value is $3,800.00.

In exchange the City of Randleman Fire Department will receive four (4) used, in date and hydrotested 6000 DOT bottles, and a new control panel for the Rescue Truck. Total value is $3,800.00.

This exchange will be an even trade.

TAKE NOTICE that all persons interested in this exchange are invited to attend Randleman Board of Alderman regular meeting on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the Randleman City Hall Annex located at 105 W. Naomi Street, Randleman NC. At that time the Board intends to authorize the exchange of the personal properties described above.
