ASHEBORO — The rumors can stop. Chipotle, Eyemart Express and Starbucks are coming to an out-parcel of Asheboro Mall facing Dixie Drive.
The Randolph Hub has confirmed that construction at the site of the former Dodge City Steakhouse will be occupied by Chipotle and Eyemart Express. A free-standing Starbucks will be built next to that structure.
Chipotle Mexican Grill specializes in burritos and burrito bowls, quesadillas, tacos and salads. Its website claims to be “one of the first national restaurant brands to commit to goals on local and organic produce.” And the “first national restaurant brand to commit to using only responsibly raised meat with some of the highest animal welfare standards.”
According to Bing, “Eyemart Express is a company that offers a wide range of glasses, frames, eye exams, and lenses for men, women, and youth. You can shop online or in-store, link your account, and enjoy exclusive savings and offers. They have an optometrist next door and a lab in every store, which allows you to get your glasses in as little as 30 minutes.”
As for Starbucks, Wikipedia says, “Starbucks Corporation is an American multinational chain of coffeehouses and roastery reserves headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
