Christian music festival coming to Seagrove

SEAGROVE — A massive two-day Christian music festival is coming to Seagrove and organizers are hoping for a big crowd and plenty of volunteers and sponsors.

UnityFest 2025 will be held Friday, Oct. 10, from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 11, from noon to 10 p.m. at The Luck Farm, 1580 NC 705, Seagrove. It’s an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine.

Natalie Grant will headline Friday night with Red Rocks Worship wrapping up the Saturday festivities. Other performers on Friday are Karen Peck & New River, and Consumed By Fire.

The Saturday lineup includes Blessing Offor, The Martins, Madisen Renee, The Sound, Warren Peay and Jason Crabb.

According to the website, www.unityfestusa.com, the 501(c)3 nonprofit has as its mission “to unify the Body of Christ. This event is solely funded by donations, sponsorships and financial partners so that it may be FREE to the public.  We truly need and greatly appreciate your financial support!

“Unityfest is an event driven by a powerful vision to unite communities through faith and fellowship. … This is a vital part of the vision God has given us — to ensure that the Body of Christ comes together, without financial barriers, to experience His love and unity.

“UNITYFEST isn’t your typical music festival, it’s a movement! While featuring multiple diverse headlining Christian/Gospel music artists and speakers, Unityfest also has food and merchandise vendors on-site. Our event staff consists of an abundantly blessed amount of volunteers from many churches and denominations, locally and abroad, dedicated to unifying the Body of Christ.”

UnityFest was first held in 2022 in the Moore County town of Cameron. Festivals were hosted last year by Cameron and Kannapolis and plans are to hold events this year in Kannapolis and Wilmington as well as Seagrove.

While the festival is free, it’s advised that attendees get tickets. They are available on the website, which contains much more information on the event. That includes how to donate or sponsor Unity Fest and how to volunteer.
