Man found dead in Asheboro; no signs of foul play

ASHEBORO — A 34-year-old Asheboro man was found dead on Albemarle Road this morning.

At approximately 7:11 a.m., officers with the Asheboro Police Department responded to 901 Albemarle Road to a report of a male subject on the ground, unconscious and not breathing, the APD said today in a press release. 

Fire and EMS personnel were unable to resuscitate the victim and he was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

Detectives with the Asheboro Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division responded and began investigating. The victim was identified as Dennis Brandon Hill, 34, of Asheboro. As of 1 p.m., there were no suspicious circumstances regarding the incident and no signs of foul play.
