Eddie Richard Stalker

FRANKLINVILLE — Eddie Richard Stalker, 79, of Franklinville died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville, with Rev. Boyd Byerly and Rev. Lynn Chaney officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Eddie was a native of Randolph County and was retired from United Parcel Service with 32 years of service. He was a member of the Grays Chapel United Methodist Church and attended Sunset Avenue Church of God. 

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Odell and Ida Ingold Stalker, and sister, Carolyn Barber.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Lineberry Stalker; son, Dwayne Stalker and wife Angela of Staley; daughter, Wendy Whitehead and husband Steven of Liberty; son, Craig Stalker and wife Erin of Climax; sisters, Joyce Clay and husband Kenny of Asheboro, Linda Allred of Asheboro; grandchildren, Jade Thomas, Chase Thomas, Will Stalker, Addison Morgan, Levi Stalker, Grady Stalker, Ellis Stalker, Rhys Stalker, Lucas Stalker.

Visitation will be from 2-2:45 p.m. on Wednesday at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville.
