ASHEBORO — Elmer Leroy “Mac” McCarty Jr. died on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021.

A memorial service will be held for Mac on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Randolph Electric Membership Corporation, 879 McDowell Rd, Asheboro, NC, 27205. A reception will be held immediately after.

Ridge Funeral Home of Asheboro is in charge of arrangements.
