Local singer claims Grammy!

On Feb. 4, the Blind Boys of Alabama won the Grammy Award for Best Roots Gospel album for ‘Echoes of the South.’ It’s the group’s sixth win, all since 2002. Group member Sterling Glass is from Asheboro. He joined the group in 2022.
