It’s awards season for fall sports.
Last week, the Mid-Piedmont Conference, which includes Asheboro High School and five out-of-county schools, and the PAC-7, comprised of all of Randolph County’s other seven high schools, released their award winners for each sport.
Here’s a wrap-up of the player and coach winners in football, soccer, volleyball, cross country, tennis and golf. All winners are listed in the PAC-7 awards, but only Asheboro’s representatives in each sport are mentioned in the Mid-Piedmont Conference.
